Junior Account Executive

Description:

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive with a background in social media marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing agency. The Account executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing content calendars, and overseeing performance and content creation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring their marketing needs are met.
• Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee the content creation process, including briefing designers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance client strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience.

- Proven experience working in a marketing agency.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Paid Ads.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, and Meta Business Manager.

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
