Junior Account Specialist

Description:

Karwill Global Logistic LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Account Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting fundamentals and be ready to develop their career in a fast-paced logistics environment. Immediate joiners will be preferred for this opportunity.

The role involves supporting daily accounting activities, financial documentation, reconciliations, and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle invoicing activities and support accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.

• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting tasks.

• Support VAT and Corporate Tax filing activities.

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Attention to detail with good organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Accounting entries and bookkeeping procedures.

 • Invoicing, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation processes.

 • VAT and Corporate Tax filing support.
