Junior Accountant

Description:

A well-established company in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Junior Accountant to support its finance team. This full-time role is perfect for a reliable and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and a passion for accuracy in financial reporting.

The successful candidate will assist with the Accounts Payable function, manage invoices, process payments, and ensure timely reconciliation of supplier accounts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handling payables, including invoice data entry, payment processing, and document filing.

• Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies.

• Ensuring proper documentation and assisting with monthly closings.

• Supporting audit preparations and providing necessary financial records.

• Maintaining an organized and accurate financial filing system.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Candidate must be currently residing in the UAE.
