Junior Accountant

Description:

Al Aqsar, a manufacturing company based in Umm Al-Quwain (UAQ), UAE, is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance and production team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in accounting within a manufacturing setup and demonstrate a strong command of Tally software for accurate record-keeping and reporting.

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing production-related entries, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance department with regular reporting and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record production entries and maintain data integrity across systems.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial documentation related to production costs and transactions.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal/external financial reports.

• Utilize Tally software for day-to-day accounting operations and reporting.

• Collaborate with other departments to reconcile production data and ensure financial accuracy.

• Monitor inventory, materials, and costing for better financial tracking and forecasting.

• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Effective communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Must be currently available in the UAE.

• Ability to join within 5 days of selection.
