Requirements:

• Commerce graduate (or above).
• Proficient in Excel — able to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn accounting procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a small finance team.
• Enthusiastic attitude and readiness to take on entry-level accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Support bookkeeping activities and maintain financial records.
• Prepare basic reports and assist senior accountants with month-end tasks.
• Help manage invoices, supplier documentation, and payment follow-ups.
• Participate in process improvements and learn company-specific accounting systems.
