Via Ride Z Transportation LLC, a rapidly expanding transportation company in Dubai, is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic startup environment.

The Junior Accountant will assist in daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall financial management processes, ensuring smooth operations across all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately
• Handle vendor bills, invoices, and expense tracking
• Assist with payroll coordination and staff payments
• Monitor payments, receipts, and petty cash
• Support preparation of monthly reports and basic financial planning
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Assist in cost control and expense management initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
