Junior Accountant

Description:

A growing organization in Sharjah is currently seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for an early-career accounting professional who is eager to build strong expertise in financial operations, reporting, and compliance within a dynamic work environment.

The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial documentation, and support the finance team in maintaining smooth operational workflows. Immediate joiners currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting operations and financial processing

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Support internal audits and compliance-related activities

• Coordinate with the finance team for routine accounting tasks

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of accounting experience

• Must be currently based in the UAE

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Good communication skills in English

• Experience in a fast-paced and multicultural environment is an added advantage
