Junior Accountant

Description:

Tiger Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its Finance & Accounts Department. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career accounting professionals who are eager to build their expertise in a professional and fast-paced working environment.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, assist with reconciliations, and contribute to the preparation of financial reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions within the accounting system

• Assist in preparing journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions

• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

• Assist during internal and external audit activities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 0–3 years of relevant accounting experience
