We’re Hiring: Junior Accounting Executive

Location: Dubai

Start Date: Within 2 weeks

Type: Full-time | Mon–Fri (9AM–6PM), Sat (10AM–2PM)

We are looking for a Junior Accounting Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in UAE real estate accounting, who is confident working with commission structures, escrow tracking, and agency billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the senior accountant with transaction reconciliations and vendor payments
• Track commissions, client payments, and agency costs
• Maintain accurate internal financial records and assist with audit preparation
• Handle daily finance entries and reporting

– Ideal Candidate:

• 1–3 years of experience in UAE real estate accounting
• Familiar with RERA forms, commission payouts, and agency billing
• Able to reconcile off-plan and secondary market transactions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in accounting software (specific software to be confirmed)
