Junior Architect

Description:

They are currently seeking a Junior Architect to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate should have solid design capabilities, hands-on experience in architectural drafting, and familiarity with consultancy environments in the UAE. Candidates with experience in Dubai, Sharjah, or Ras Al Khaimah are encouraged to apply if they possess strong technical and software skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, designs, and planning solutions

• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and visual presentations to communicate design intent

• Produce detailed technical drawings using advanced CAD and architectural software

• Develop and update construction documentation as required

• Support design revisions and modifications throughout project phases

• Create presentation materials including design boards, 3D models, and client presentations

• Utilize architectural software such as Revit and other design tools efficiently

• Coordinate with internal teams and manage workflow to meet project deadlines

• Liaise with relevant Dubai authorities including Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, and RTA for approvals and submissions

• Review and revise complete drawing sets to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is mandatory

• 2–7 years of experience in a similar architectural role

• Previous experience in Dubai or engineering consultancy environment preferred

• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval processes

• Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software is essential

• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
