Junior Events Executive

White Label Media, a vibrant media and events company based in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Events Executive to join their growing team. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and can balance logistics, creativity, and client servicing with professionalism and enthusiasm.

The Junior Events Executive will play an integral role in the successful execution of high-impact events, influencer activations, and luxury brand experiences. You will be involved from concept development and planning to on-ground execution and post-event analysis, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end event execution including concept development, planning, on-site management, and post-event reporting.

• Coordinate seamlessly with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure flawless project delivery.

• Manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines to guarantee events are delivered on time and within budget.

• Oversee influencer engagement strategies and manage curated guest lists effectively.

• Prepare professional proposals, event decks, and detailed post-event reports.

• Be present on-site during events to manage logistics, troubleshoot problems, and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate logistics related to event invitations and distribution of goodie bags.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in events, public relations, influencer marketing, or brand activations, preferably within an agency environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and solutions-focused mindset.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic design tools.

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate event timelines.

• Residency in Dubai and familiarity with the local event and media landscape.
