We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive – Surgery to join our dynamic team. The role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare sales, eager to learn, and ready to build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in promoting and selling surgical products across Abu Dhabi.
- Assist in managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations under supervision.
- Provide support during clinical cases and ensure high-quality customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales, clinical, and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and customer needs.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical, Nursing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in medical device/healthcare sales (fresh graduates with strong drive will also be considered).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passionate about healthcare and eager to build a career in medical sales.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Based in Abu Dhabi (or willing to relocate).
