Description:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Identify client needs and present telecom solutions (SMS, A2P, Voice, CPaaS, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, and finance) to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in telecom, IT, or enterprise messaging industry (A2P SMS, CPaaS, or similar preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
