Key Account Manager

 

Description:

Nutripharm is currently seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals for the role of Key Account Manager to manage and grow business within LIFE stores across Dubai. This position is ideal for candidates with strong retail and account management experience who are passionate about driving sales performance and enhancing brand visibility in-store.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in executing merchandising strategies, managing stock levels, and building strong relationships with store teams and nearby clinics to increase product awareness and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and improve product visibility across LIFE store locations

• Oversee in-store execution including merchandising standards and product placement

• Monitor and manage stock availability to ensure consistent supply

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns in coordination with internal teams

• Collaborate closely with brand and marketing teams to align on strategies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and healthcare professionals in nearby clinics

• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail, pharmacy, FMCG, or beauty sectors

• Strong understanding of the UAE retail and pharmacy market

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

• Currently based in the UAE

• Immediate availability is preferred
