What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Lead contract renewals, revenue expansion, and ensure on-time payments.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
• Organize client networking initiatives, business expansion strategies, and industry events.
• Ensure smooth coordination of client requests and deliverables within defined SLAs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) & English – Required.
• 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Relations, or Business Development.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, contract renewals, and default recovery.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Agile, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset.
