Lead Architect

Description:

We are seeking a Architectural Designer currently based in Dubai with hands-on experience in fit-out or contracting companies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drawing skills and a solid understanding of interior execution standards in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings and 3D models for interior fit-out projects

Develop technical and execution drawings in coordination with project and site teams

Ensure drawings align with project specifications, site conditions, and timelines

Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and site teams during execution

Review drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with local requirements

Requirements

Currently based in Dubai, UAE

Proven experience working with a fit-out or contracting company in the UAE

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and 3D modeling software

Good knowledge of interior design and fit-out execution

Ability to produce detailed technical drawings ready for site execution

Understanding of local regulations, materials, and site conditions
