What You’ll Do
- Partner with product owners and real-estate experts to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions
- Dive into noisy, heterogeneous data (listings, transactions, geospatial, macro trends) to clean, engineer, and enrich feature sets
- As Lead (or Principal) Data Scientist, design, train, and deploy statistical and machine-learning models (regression, tree-based ensembles, neural nets) for fair price prediction
- Build validation pipelines and monitoring dashboards to track model accuracy, bias, and drift in real time
What You Have
- 3+ years of professional experience shipping ML/AI projects
- Strong Python chops (pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and comfort with production environments (Docker, CI/CD)
- Solid understanding of statistics, regression techniques, and algorithmic trade-offs
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines
- Excellent communicator: able to explain complex models and trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for solving ambiguity—you're energized by unclear problems and thrive in a startup setting
Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on LLM training or reasoning pipelines
- Background in pricing, economics or geospatial analytics
