Job Description:

  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking functions, driving lead generation opportunities through direct interaction.
  • Conduct multi-channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to engage decision-makers, nurture leads, and prepare smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Schedule and facilitate introductory meetings for the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with internal outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) records, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion results.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, with strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in high-volume outbound outreach, lead generation tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Exposure to or willingness to adopt AI-based prospecting and automation tools to enhance efficiency; preferably with experience in Technology, FinTech, Finance, Healthcare or Real Estate
