Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement the learning and development strategy that aligns with organizational goals and employee needs
· Support and implement the Talent Development Strategy to review the pipeline of potential talents
· Perform quarterly and monthly L&D needs analysis to ensure that the training needs of the served business are identified and reflected in the training calendar.
· Manage a team of trainers operationally and support their personal career development
· Maintain awareness and knowledge of new methods relative to the provision of L&D and providing suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization
· Coach, mentor, develop and appraise, if required
· Connect with staff members across the business, understand their strengths and areas of development and organize appropriate trainings for learning needs identified
· Deliver an effective onboarding process which enables new starters to get up to speed quickly and embeds the culture and organizational values
· Travel across regions to deliver specific learning needs to our entities to support their needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, human resources development.
· 5 years of experience in managing L&D delivery for international audiences across multiple functions
· 5 years training facilitation and delivery experience
· Experience of how L&D supports the achievement of business strategy and goals.
· Able to develop core skills development and deliver face to face or virtually.
· Knowledge of the design and implementation of L&D programs and evaluation processes
· 2 years managing a team
· 2 years coaching and/or mentoring experience
· Qualified coach and/or mentor
