Leasing Manager

Description:

RCD is looking for a full-time Leasing Manager to join our team in the UAE.

This role will sit within RCD and support a range of client mandates across retail, F&B, wellness and entertainment, with assignments depending on project needs. The scope will include working with both brands and landlords / developers across leasing, renewals, commercial negotiations and broader asset-related advisory.

The role will include:

• leasing vacant retail and commercial space
• tenant sourcing and outreach
• working directly with landlords, developers and operators
• lease renewals and retention discussions
• commercial negotiations, LOIs and lease coordination
• leasing strategy, reporting and pipeline management
• supporting broader asset and development advisory work where required

We are looking for someone with directly relevant retail leasing experience across shopping centres, mixed-use developments, landlords, developers or retail portfolios. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and market knowledge are essential.
