Description:

The successful candidate will join a growing Cyber and Data Risk team, advising insurers and corporate clients on complex cyber incidents, data breaches, insurance coverage and associated regulatory and litigation risks. Working closely with an international network of cyber specialists, the team supports clients on high-profile incidents and disputes across the Middle East and wider international markets.

The role involves leading complex cyber incident response matters, providing strategic advice on cyber insurance coverage and claims, and advising on data protection compliance, breach notifications and regulatory engagement. The successful candidate will also manage data subject claims and related disputes.

Essential Criteria:

• 8+ years’ PQE;
• Strong tech disputes experience;
• Strong academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
