If you have a knack for managing property listings, handling client interactions, and ensuring smooth sales transactions, we want you on our team!

🔹 Your Role:

✔ Manage and maintain accurate property listings across digital platforms.

✔ Coordinate with real estate agents and clients for property viewings and documentation.

✔ Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a seamless client experience.

✔ Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and follow-ups.

✔ Stay updated on market trends, property availability, and pricing strategies.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Prior experience in real estate listing management and/or client coordination in the UAE.

✅ Strong administrative and organizational skills.

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

✅ Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.).

✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
