As a Real Estate Property Listing Specialist, you'll be responsible for listing and marketing properties on various platforms, managing inquiries from potential buyers or renters, conducting property showings, negotiating prices and terms, and much more. Responsibilities:

-List and market properties on platforms like Dubizzle, Property Finder, and Bayut.

-Manage inquiries and conduct property showings.

-Negotiate prices and terms of agreements.

-Generate leads and permits for sale and rent.

-Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch customer service.

Qualifications:

-Excellent communication and customer service skills.

-Experience in real estate listings.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

-Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
