Logistics And Office Coordinator

 

Description:

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated team player to join our Dubai office. This role will be key in ensuring smooth operations across logistics, purchasing, and front-office tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue purchase orders, proforma invoices, and commercial invoices
  • Coordinate shipments and order deliveries
  • Follow up with suppliers and customers to ensure timely execution
  • Handle logistics processes from end to end
  • Manage front-desk duties, including attending calls and welcoming visitors

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, purchasing, or operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • “Doer” attitude – proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Based in Dubai; this is an office-based role (100%)
