Logistics Associate

Description:

Haier is looking for a Logistics Associate to support its logistics and supply chain operations in Dubai. The role focuses on managing stock activities, warehouse coordination, inventory reporting, and delivery processes to ensure smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Excel, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Candidates with experience in home appliances or consumer electronics will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound stock activities, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

• Prepare stock reports, PD reconciliation reports, and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Monitor overstock situations and identify potential stock-out risks.

• Support timely processing of logistics-related payments.

• Manage POD collection, uploading, and follow-up activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant logistics experience.

• Strong Excel, analytical, and coordination skills.

• Experience in a home appliance or consumer electronics company is an advantage.
