Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams across various projects
• Oversee repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general technical services
• Ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards
• Manage work schedules, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Train and mentor maintenance staff
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervision role
• Strong knowledge of technical services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• UAE driving license is a plus
