Description:
As Manager – Corporate Services, you will lead expansion efforts by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and fostering global partnerships to attract investments into the UAE market. This role requires a proactive approach to market research, sales, and client engagement to enhance our consultancy sector and CLA Connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Business Growth & Strategy – Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue and market share, leveraging global networks and CLA Global.
✔ Networking & Partnerships – Represent CLA Emirates at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
✔ Sales & Negotiation – Drive sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve business goals.
✔ Regulatory Expertise – Stay informed about UAE business laws, international tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
✔ Operational Leadership – Lead teams, conduct in-house staff training, and optimize service efficiency through strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor's degree in business administration (MBA in Marketing or Finance preferred). 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate services, including team leadership. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and business analytics tools.
✔ Strong skills in market analysis, negotiation, strategic planning, management reporting, presentation, and communication. Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
✔ Previous experience in consulting, financial services, or professional advisory firms with international exposure.
