Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the Secondary market and be ready to take on a leadership role.

Compensation: Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead your own sales team (20-30 agents).
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
• Achieve KPIs and business development growth
• Monitor market trends and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience ( Secondary market).
• Strong leadership and sales skills.
• Training skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Candidates with experience working with Middle Eastern or Western clientele are preferred.
