Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in online trading, brokerage, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory environment (DFSA/FSRA/ESCA is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
