The job holder will lead and manage the project delivery, project design, and execution toward handover throughout multiple projects development plan, coordination and handover
Responsibilities-
- Oversee the management of multiple projects across the business, ensuring monitoring of progress and successful completion of projects while aligning outcomes with the company’s strategic objectives and growth priorities.
- Lead the implementation of the contractor’s mitigation and execution plans—including procurement strategies, acceleration programs, and resource allocation—while ensuring alignment with project schedules and maintaining timely, transparent communication with all stakeholders through effective communication plans.
- Facilitate change requests, clearly communicating the impact on project scope, schedule, and budget to all relevant parties.
- Provide strategic inputs in the development of user manuals, training materials, and project documentation, collaborating with the Section Head to ensure seamless implementation, knowledge transfer, and effective handover to clients.
- Enforce structured project delivery processes, ensuring projects are executed within approved budgets and completed on schedule.
- Proactively identify, assess, and monitor both known and unforeseen project risks. Develop mitigation plans and ensure appropriate controls are in place to safeguard timelines, cost, and quality.
- Ensure full compliance with local authorities, statutory regulations, and industry-specific standards. Coordinate submissions, approvals, and inspections with relevant government bodies and regulatory agencies.
- Manage and control the actual cost verses budget on periodic basis and provide financial reports/data related to project’s financial performance.
- Ensure efficient, compliant project and budget management, adhering to organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Serve as primary client relationship manager for projects, working closely with Executive Director and clients to plan, execute, and troubleshoot issues that arise on projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related specialization
- Professional certification in Project Management
- Understanding of industry-specific delivery standards and technologies, statutory, regulatory, and quality compliance requirements relevant to project delivery.
- Familiar with country's Building Codes, Environmental regulations, and Dubai construction laws
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
