Our client, a leading Real Estate Developer behind a prestigious branded residences project in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. This landmark project combines luxury waterfront living with world-class hospitality. The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, ensuring alignment between people strategy and overall business objectives while shaping and enhancing HR processes within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all HR operations and processes across the organization
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and free zone regulations
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
• Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Proven experience in HR within the real estate, construction, or property sectors
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and free zone regulations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
