We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Practice Manager to lead and grow our established accounting firm in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the accounting team in delivering high-quality services, including financial reporting, auditing, and advisory for clients across various industries.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, federal tax laws, and other relevant regulations, including preparing and filing returns, handling audits, and advising on tax strategies.
- Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and expanding service offerings to increase revenue and market presence.
- Manage client portfolios, fostering long-term relationships and providing expert guidance on financial matters.
- Oversee operational efficiency, including staff training, process improvements, and resource allocation to support practice expansion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the firm's growth in the Dubai market.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE tax laws, VAT policies, and accounting standards to maintain the firm's competitive edge.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development within a tax and accounting firm in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of growing businesses and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network within the UAE’s business community is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a go-getter with a passion for scaling operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
