We are hiring Manager Contracts & Purchasing, to be based in Rak, UAE.

This is an opportunity for those who have demonstrated experience with Civil Construction contracts. The ideal candidate should be a Degree holder in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Law or related discipline. At least 15 years of relevant experience of which minimum 7 years must be in a managerial role with leading organizations in Real Estate/property industry in UAE/GCC.

Should be proficient with FIDIC conditions of contracts and have strong construction/real estate background (in dealing with Claims, Variation, BOQ, Pre & Post Tenders, Pre &Post Contracts, Tender Analysis and evaluation, dispute resolutions etc.) with civil construction projects of large-scale magnitude, specifically mixed-use developments.
