Manager Service Design

 

Description:

We are seeking a talented Service Design Manager to join a dynamic design team at Dubai Airport. The role involves planning, visualizing, and defining innovative user and service experiences across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in service design methodologies, research, journey mapping, prototyping, and stakeholder collaboration, translating insights into impactful solutions that enhance customer experience.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead service design initiatives from concept to on-site implementation, creating user-centered experiences.
  • Conduct design research, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.
  • Develop journey maps, service blueprints, personas, and future-state experience concepts.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments to optimize operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and deliver projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality execution of service design outputs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Service, Product, Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in service design with multi-touchpoint projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end service design and user-centered solutions.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct research, prototype solutions, and implement service improvements.
