Managerial Position

Description:

We are a well-established dance and music learning center seeking a skilled and experienced manager to join our team. Our learning center offers a range of classes and programs to students of all ages, including dance and music instruction, workshops, and events.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in management and event coordination, as well as a passion for dance and music education. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff and instructors, coordinating events and performances, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the learning center, including scheduling classes and instructors, coordinating with vendors, and managing budgets.

Hire, train, and manage staff and instructors to ensure a high level of performance and quality instruction.

Coordinate and manage events and performances, including rehearsals, recitals, workshops, and community events.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain students, and increase revenue.

Maintain excellent relationships with students, parents, and community partners to foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in management and event coordination, preferably in the dance or music industry.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of dance and music instruction and terminology.

Bachelor's degree in business, arts management, or a related field.
