Marine Commercial Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marine Commercial Manager to lead the commercial, chartering, and operational activities of a versatile fleet — including Landing Crafts, Tugboats, Cargo Barges, Crew Boats, Passenger Boats, Offshore Supply Vessels, Construction Support Vessels, and Project Carriers.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Business, or related field
✅ 8–10 years’ experience in commercial management, chartering, or vessel operations (UAE experience preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of voyage & time charter management, cost control, and commercial performance optimization
