At Nexus Line, we’re expanding our vessel operations and looking for a vessel planner. If you’re passionate about making every voyage count, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and monitor cargo bookings to ensure maximum space utilization on each voyage.
Coordinate closely with the stakeholders.
Track and maintain a real-time booking dashboard with visibility of forecasted loads and actuals.
Optimize cargo mix and suggest pricing or cargo swaps to fill remaining slots profitably.
Ensure accurate documentation and safe, efficient stowage based on port rotation and cargo specs.
Provide daily updates on load status and voyage performance to management.

What You Bring:

3–5 years experience in shipping, vessel operations, or stowage planning.
Strong communication and coordination skills – you’ll be the central point of contact.
Excellent planning mindset and attention to detail.
Familiarity with short-sea or feeder vessel operations is a plus.
