Marketing & Advertising Specialist

We are hiring! We are looking for a talented Marketing & Advertising Specialist to generate high-quality leads for off-plan properties (Real Estate). If you have experience in digital marketing, advertising, and social media management, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate off-plan property leads.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Optimize lead generation strategies through various online & offline channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, etc.) to attract potential buyers.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality lead conversion.

Requirements:

✅ 2-3 years of marketing/advertising experience (real estate experience is a plus).

✅ Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.

✅ Experience in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

✅ Ability to create and edit content for social media.

✅ Strong analytical skills and understanding of conversion tracking.

✅ Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
