Oriana Hospitals and Clinics in Sharjah - UAE, is hiring an experienced and passionate "Marketing Director" to join our teams in Sharjah on full-time basis. The ideal candidate should be experienced in a similar position, creative and analytical thinker, having experience in social media, graphic design, marketing activities planning, leadership & team building skills and fluent in Arabic and English.

He/ She will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to Hospital / Clinics marketing plan.
• Planning, scheduling and follow up marketing department activities.
• Coordinating all online and offline campaigns across channels including paid Ads, SMS and email campaigns.
• Managing creative studio team (Graphic and Video designers / Editors)
• Managing Social Media accounts and execute online marketing campaigns.
• Content writing for social media posts and blogs in Arabic & English.
• Market Research, data collection and analysis.
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• 5+ years' experience as marketing manager or above
• 10+ years' experience in marketing in total
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
