As a Marketing Executive, youβll play a key role in executing marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering results that increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
β¨ Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
π¨ Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the design team to create engaging content, including social media posts, graphics, and email campaigns for product launches and promotions.
π Event Coordination: Organize Cara Jewellers' participation in events and trade shows, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and event follow-up.
π€ Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards across all platforms.
π SEO & Website Management: Implement SEO strategies and regularly update website content to enhance the user experience.
π Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize effectiveness.
π Customer Engagement & CRM: Manage customer loyalty programs, segment email lists, and execute targeted email campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
π Education: Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
πΌ Experience: 2-3 years in a marketing role, with at least 1 year in luxury or retail marketing; jewelry industry experience is a plus.
π οΈ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM tools, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
π Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
π Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
