Property Shop Investment (PSI) is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts. 💼 What You’ll Do

• Develop and lead full-funnel marketing strategies that support both branding and sales
• Run high-performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, SEM, and beyond
• Track, analyze, and optimize for lead generation, CAC, and ROI
• Work closely with Sales, Creative, and Leadership teams for integrated execution
• Manage and grow a team of in-house marketers and external vendors
• Deliver data-driven reports on campaign performance and marketing KPIs

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in real estate, tech, or high-growth sectors
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, Analytics, CRM tools
• Proven experience in lead generation, acquisition funnels, and ROI optimization
• Leadership and collaboration mindset with excellent communication skills
• Exposure to regional or global marketing is a strong advantage
