Marketing Sales Partner

Athari Marketing Agency is expanding its global network of Commission-Based Partners to help us scale across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. II. Position Summary

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (businesses, venues, companies, etc.)
• Join strategy and briefing meetings with Athari’s team
• Represent Athari with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
• Facilitate deals for either:

a) Ongoing monthly Marketing Contracts

b) One-Time Projects (branding, websites, campaigns, etc.)

III. Commission Structure

Marketing Contracts

• 10% per month for each signed client (first 3 months)
• 15% commission for 6 months if you bring in 5 clients or one deal worth AED 120,000+

One-Time Projects

• One-off commission based on net profit per project.

💡 Bonus: After successfully signing 6 clients, you may qualify for a monthly base salary + team leadership responsibilities.

IV. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management, executive assistance, sales, or project coordination roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proven leadership and self-management capabilities
• Fluent in English (B1/B2 level) – certification not mandatory
• Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
• Industry knowledge in marketing, project management, real estate or sales is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
