What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
> Meet clients, lead showroom and site tours, and represent the creative energy of our brand with warmth and professionalism.
> Conduct engaging interviews with clients and partners for blogs, video content, and podcasts, capturing the essence of our work and client satisfaction.
> Create compelling posts, reels, and stories that showcase project progress, before/after transformations, and behind-the-scenes magic on different platforms to increase visibility and drive engagement.
> Work closely with design and project teams to turn milestones and moments into branded marketing campaigns.
> Build meaningful connections with clients by being proactive and professional at every touchpoint. Your charm, communication, and polished presence will represent the heart of who we are.
> Regularly check in with all clients as per the schedule, making sure they feel supported, heard and discovering new ways we can add value beyond expectations.

Who You Are (Requirements):
> A strong communicator with natural charisma and exceptional interpersonal skills.
> Experienced in digital marketing, content creation and social media management.
> Confidence in interviewing clients, leading conversations, and being on camera.
> Capable of maintaining a well-organized client database and tracking all interview schedules, content timelines, and follow-ups.
> Creative, stylish, and social media savvy with a love for interior design and architecture branding.
> An eye for aesthetics - branding, visuals, and storytelling.
> Highly organized, self-driven and full of fresh ideas.
