Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons based on the American Curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
• Support student development academically, socially, and emotionally
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum planning
• Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development programs
• Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement strategies
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area is mandatory
• Teaching qualification such as B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent certification required
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school environment
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Experience with the American Curriculum will be considered an advantage
• Passion for teaching and student development
• Ability to work effectively as part of an academic team
