As the Photo/Videographer at Elite Merit Real Estate, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content to showcase properties, enhance marketing materials, and promote the company's brand. You will play a key role in capturing stunning images and videos that effectively convey the unique features and value of each property, contributing to the success of marketing campaigns and client engagement efforts.

Responsibilities:

-Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, including interior and exterior shots, using professional camera equipment and techniques.

-Coordinate and schedule photo and video shoots with real estate agents, property owners, and clients, ensuring optimal timing and conditions for capturing visuals.

-Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their quality and visual appeal, using editing software and tools to achieve desired effects.

-Create engaging property videos, virtual tours, and walkthroughs that highlight key features and amenities to attract potential buyers and tenants.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for visual content that align with marketing strategies and objectives.

-Organize and maintain a digital library of photos and videos, ensuring easy access and retrieval for marketing and promotional purposes.

-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and videography to continuously improve skills and techniques.

-Adhere to brand guidelines and standards in all visual content creation to maintain consistency and professionalism across marketing materials.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, or a related field.

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional photography and videography, preferably in the real estate or architectural industry.

Skills:

-Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, equipment, and editing software.

-Strong creative vision and attention to detail.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).

-Experience with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording devices.
