Description:

We're seeking talented MEP building surveyor to join our team in Dubai!

Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys to assess MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

Prepare reports on the condition and compliance of MEP systems.

Review plans and specifications to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Provide recommendations for improvements or repairs.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.

Professional certifications (e.g., RICS, CIBSE, or equivalent).

Experience in MEP surveying or building services.

Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.

Proficiency in surveying tools and software.
