Mep Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team for a prestigious high-rise building project in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within high-rise residential or commercial tower projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MEP activities with civil and architectural teams

• Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications

• Manage subcontractors and site engineers

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations

• Monitor installation quality and site progress

• Attend coordination meetings and resolve technical clashes

• Oversee testing & commissioning process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 8–12 years of experience in MEP coordination

• Proven experience in High-Rise Tower projects (UAE mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting & Electrical systems

• Experience with Main Contractors preferred

• Ability to manage subcontractors effectively

• Currently based in UAE
