Mep Draftsman

Description:

The MEP Draftsman will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed technical drawings for MEP systems, supporting engineers and project managers throughout the design and construction phases. The role requires coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure drawings meet client specifications and comply with UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality MEP drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review and update drawings based on design revisions, client feedback, and site conditions.
• Maintain proper documentation and as-built drawings for projects.
• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE codes, standards, and project requirements.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of MEP system layouts, integration, and technical standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Certifications: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or MEP Drafting; AutoCAD/Revit certification preferred.
