Mep Manager

Continental Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects while ensuring successful project delivery, quality standards, and operational excellence.

The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of MEP project planning, execution, coordination, quality assurance, safety compliance, testing, and commissioning. The role also requires effective leadership in managing project teams, subcontractors, and project budgets to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and coordination of MEP projects.

• Oversee QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with project standards.

• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.

• Supervise testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems.

• Lead and manage MEP teams to achieve project objectives.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and other project stakeholders.

• Monitor project budgets and control project costs.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of MEP project experience.

• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and coordination.

• Experience in QA/QC, HSE, testing, and commissioning.

• Proven experience managing MEP teams, subcontractors, and project budgets.

Strong knowledge of:

• MEP project planning and execution.
