MEP Quantity Surveyor

• minimum 5 years Uae experience in MEP contracting /construction/ mep sector
• Preparing Payment Application
• Furnish BOQ and cost estimates
• Estimation of quantities,Cost and time scale for material and labour
• Coordination with designers in the early project stage
• Preparing Contracts and tender documents
• Preparing contractual letters to the client, Subcontractors etc..
• Quantity Takeoff for Electrical & Mechnaical Systems
• Must be immediately joined and must be applied those who are in visit visa or cancelled visa.
• Work location – Dubai
